Biography

Dr. Fauzia Nausheen worked as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist in Pakistan for several years. She then went on to complete an MSc and training as a medical educator in Canada and began a career of teaching in North America. Dr. Nausheen has taught multiple disciplines of basic medical sciences and clinical sciences. Her areas of expertise include Gross Anatomy, including virtual histology (microscopic anatomy), embryology, neuroanatomy and ultrasonographic anatomy.

Dr. Nausheen combines multiple teaching modalities to enhance learning experience and help students to retain knowledge. She believes in a hands-on teaching approach and having students directly apply concepts from day one.
